The top players from Michigan include players from ECNL, Girls Academy, USYS, other club leagues, as well as the high school game. The state has produced some of the top players in the college and professional game recently and the next group from 2023 looks to be just as strong as any class preciously.
The recruiting battle from the state features a lot of Big Ten programs with Michigan, Michigan State, Iowa, Ohio State, Minnesota, Purdue, and Wisconsin all landing verbal commitments. However, it is an ACC powerhouse that landed the top player from the state.

She has the tools every coach wants from a winger. She has the pace to get behind the defense, the skill to dribble past defenders, and the finisher’s instinct to bang home the goals. Thomas is a verbal commit for the North Carolina class.
